Currently renting through Taylor and Cook and have done for over 4 years. Never have we had any issues with them. Chantelle and Kate are great with communication. I’ve even emailed outside of hours about something that might arise thinking they will receive it in the morning only to have Kate call me within 2 mins of the email being sent. While representing the owners of the property they also have the tenants best interests at heart. If ever I owned a house and needed a real estate to rent out through these guys would be my pick. Definitely five stars for these guy.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Chantelle Dennis in the capacity of Property Manager for the past 6 years and, more recently with the sale of our house in Logan Village.

During that time, we have found her service, professionalism and dedication to her job to be second to none (we only wish we could find someone as good as her here in Melbourne to look after our properties), as we have had quite a few rental properties in both states and to this day struggle to find a Property Manager / Sales Consultant as efficient as Chantelle.

She has kept us updated constantly with any maintenance issues with the property and has organized any repairs or other concerns promptly and with minimum disruption to all parties.  She has made herself available for contact outside working hours and has conducted property inspections on time every time with a comprehensive photographic and written report.

We are both genuinely sorry that Chantelle sold our property and will have no more dealings with her or with Taylor & Cook Real Estate, but have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone either as a property manager or sales person.

Our experience with Sarah was an excellent one. We bought a property from Sarah so even though she was acting on behalf of the seller,  she was extremely helpful, punctual and professional.

Being the first time purchasing outside a city region it was very helpful to have Sarah’s local knowledge for what to look out for, and just her kind and welcoming nature made the process less stressful- I can imagine the sellers would have enjoyed the same smooth process .
